  • As you say these words, notice what sensations arise in your body — perhaps a sense of relief, or maybe some inner resistance.

  • If resistance surfaces, support your nervous system with a simple somatic regulation tool: butterfly tapping. To practice it, give yourself a gentle hug and begin tapping slowly, alternating left and right on your shoulders. Continue this rhythmic tapping as long as needed — allowing your body to feel calm, grounded, and supported. This soothing technique helps with whole-brain integration and nervous system healing, creating more safety in your body to embody softness and feminine surrender.
